UI Changes

• New Tabs: You’ll notice a refreshed look in the new UI - cleaner and a bit more modern. Everything will work just like you’re used to, but with a little more breathing room.

• Condensed Help Links: We’ve nested our help materials in the Get Help menu and added a Live Support option to help you get quick answers from SimpleAssist.

  

Inventory

• Never Expire for Consigned Items: We’ve added the ability for stores to mark categories and consignors so their items have no expire date by default. This allows items to never convert to store inventory or expire and remain in the consignor’s account indefinitely. If an exception for items belonging to never expire consignors or categories users can add an expire date manually.

• Return Waiting Period: Payment dates for sold items will be future dated to account for the return waiting period value entered in your location’s settings. This will prevent sold items from contributing to a consignor’s balance until they are past the return period. No more manually adjusting the cutoff date to get an accurate account balance!

Checkout

• Cash Rounding: Cash transactions at checkout can be rounded to the nearest $0.05 or $0.10 with three rounding options: symmetrical, up, or down. This enables all of our customers to round to the denomination appropriate for their region and in accordance with their local laws. Layaways, pay ins, pay outs, and returns are not currently supported with this feature.

• Exact Change: An exact change button has been added to simplify completing transactions where the customer has provided the exact cash amount before rounding.
