We’ve made the following changes to Consignor Access to help improve the consignor + vendor experience.
Show/hide password: We’ve added the ability to show hide your password on the login screen to make it easier to tell whether you’ve simply got a typo or maybe the wrong password altogether.
Password Requirements: When initially setting your password or resetting it you’ll see a list of password requirements and a visual to tell which requirements have been met as you create your new password.
These features combined answer the number one feedback request we received when interviewing vendors like you on how we can improve our platform. Thank you so much for your feedback and help!
Increased Withdraw Items Flexibility: Vendors/Dealers with withdraw permissions are now able to withdraw items that are out of stock or sold. This allows more flexibility in marking which items should no longer be sold or restocked in your booth/s.
Filter by Withdrawn Items: To make it easier to see which items have been withdrawn we’ve added a withdrawn filter to the status dropdown on the items page.
Hide Withdrawn Items: Don’t need to see the items you’ve withdrawn so you can focus on your current inventory? Enable the hide withdrawn items feature and away they go! Don’t worry - you can always disable this setting again later if you want to see them again.
