What is a technology preview?

A technology preview is an early sneak peek at a new feature we're developing, before it's fully completed or officially launched. It lets us see how you use the feature, what tweaks it may need, and helps refine it before the full release. This allows us to ensure the feature meets your needs, helping our stores to sell more, faster, and easier than ever.

How do I use it?

• Start an inventory batch: Scan the QR code at the bottom of either a consignment or store owned inventory batch.

• Take a photo: Take up to 2 photos of the item you want to research.

• Submit for research: Sit back while we come up with suggested information for your item.

• Adjust & Submit: Make any tweaks to the information we suggested and submit to your inventory batch.

How many uses do I get?

During the tech preview, each Professional plan location receives 150 uses per month. If you were part of the early access group and started exploring this feature earlier, we’ve reset your usage limit as of October 16, 2024, so you can fully take advantage of the tech preview.

How do I give feedback?

After researching an item you have the opportunity to give us feedback with 👍 or 👎 so we know how we did with the suggestion. If you have additional feedback, please reach out to our support team.
