We Made a Mistake on April 22, 2025

We were making improvements for our customers who are using SimpleACH, but on April 22, 2025 we made a mistake that impacted less than half of a percent of total consignor accounts. An email was incorrectly sent to a very small number of consignors with instructions for setting up their consignor account to receive ACH payouts. This email was sent to some consignors at companies that are not using the SimpleACH feature. These emails were sent starting early Tuesday morning and were cut off by 12:35pm central the same day after we became aware of the issue.
